Accounts Payable Supervisor​/Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to oversee and continually enhance our accounts payable function. This role involves leading a team, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payment processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in optimizing workflow efficiency, developing team members, and maintaining strong financial controls. Success in this position relies on a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to support reliable financial operations.

Requirements

+ Proven experience managing accounts payable operations and vendor relationships

+ Strong knowledge of invoice coding, payment methods, and financial regulations

+ Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities

+ Proficiency in AP software with excellent organizational and analytical skills
