Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

# Project Manager## About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.### Responsibilities
* Set and oversee project timelines
* Track ongoing project schedules and keep the team aware of all approaching deadlines
* Keep an up-to-date record of all appropriate points of contact information relating to each project
* Monitor project deliverables
* Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
* Coach, lead, and support project team members
* Set up and run project status calls with clients and provide accurate status updates
* Fully manage the project's permitting process
* Schedule and coordination of surveys, inspections, audits, witness tests, utility construction, testing, and commissioning
* Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries with the guidance of the VP of Construction
* Track project budgets and costs
* Manage closeout punch list items
* Be a point of contact to field workers and provide immediate responses to material and status requests
* Operate Site Tracker and ensure it's kept up to date at all times
* ** Report to the White Plains, NY office in person each day**### Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience### Required Skills
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
