White Plains, NY Project Overview

The selected candidate will collaborate with a core project team to provide project and change management services supporting the transformation of EH&S.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
  • Support a portfolio of change work related to our Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) function by developing, implementing, and sustaining key change initiatives, collaborating with EH&S leadership and Change Management teams.

  • Create and execute tailored strategies, plans, and documentation based on data, assessments, and impact analyses.

  • Design and deliver change management plans, communications, and materials to ensure successful implementation.

  • Conduct change impact and benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.

  • Partner with Project Managers to incorporate milestones into project timelines.

  • Report on progress, interdependencies, and flag change-related issues and risks across projects.

  • Assess training needs, develop strategies, and assist in training development, design, and delivery.

  • Communicate regularly and build relationships across all functions and levels.

  • Provide additional change support as needed.

  • Skills
  • Experience managing multiple large, complex change management work streams and projects.

  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, understand change needs, and coach through change.

  • Quickly grasp change requirements on large, complex projects, including organizational processes, policies, and compliance.

  • Develop and apply change management measures and analytics.

  • Lead change work streams effectively and coach project team members on change management solutions.

  • Excellent communication and training skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Education & Certifications
  • Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications, or related fields; graduate work is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience managing change management programs, projects, and teams.

  • Certification in Change Management, Coaching, Project Management, or related fields is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with in the utility industry and/or EH&S function is preferred.
