We are looking for a Managing Director, Transformational Officer to join the Development team within the Information Technology (IT) department. They’ll lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives for the firm. This role will enhance accuracy, efficiency, and value through transformative development projects, process optimization, and organizational change.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver features in an agile way as part of cross‑functional business and technology teams delivering against business outcomes.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement championing the use of automation, data analytics, and AI to create efficiency and enhance business intelligence.
  • Manage governance to prioritize AI investments and proposed partnerships.
  • Accountable for planning, implementing, and value of transformation programs.
  • Create measurable ROI for proposed transformation projects and track progress through KPIs.
  • Manage program escalations and blockers ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Partner with HR and communications to deliver change management programs.
  • Manage resistance to change and partner with stakeholders to address issues.
  • Oversee business process improvements, redesigning for efficiency, agility, and alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, security, and financial standards.
  • Ensure projects are compliant with data integrity, enterprise architecture, and security standards and policies.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate an opinion on how industry will evolve.
  • Manage vendor relationships ensuring top talent is allocated to the program, timelines and quality of deliverables are met.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience managing complex programs.
  • Have 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation and implementation of the strategy.
  • Possess exceptional operational and strategic thinking.
  • Communicate a compelling vision and practical execution plan.
  • Demonstrate success in transformation execution, from strategy creation to post implementation operations.
  • Have experience in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Be familiar with governance frameworks and data driven decision making.
  • Possess strong financial skills—experience quantifying ROI, establishing and managing budgets, evaluating investment cases.
  • Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Be a results‑oriented leader, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and heavily adaptability to the evolving business landscape.
  • Have a prior background in management consulting is (preferred).
