We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department in a Crescent Hotels & Resorts property. The role ensures building systems, equipment, and guest areas meet the highest standards.

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain building systems, equipment, and guest areas.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee capital projects and repairs, and ensure life safety compliance.
• Support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained property.
• Supervise and develop the engineering team, coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

• Hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Experience in hotel engineering or facilities management is required.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Organized, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on‑call shifts.

For applicants based in NYC or New York: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
