Job DetailsLocation:
In the office – Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
compensation:
Hourly rate: $20-22, salary commensurate with experience.
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and engineering drawings. Utilize small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers) to assemble components accurately.
- Create wire harnesses by routing and securing wires, cables, and connectors following wiring diagrams.
- Strip wire insulation to the required length while maintaining precision and quality standards.
- Use crimping tools to secure connectors, terminals, and contacts onto wires, ensuring reliable electrical connections.
- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using industry-standard techniques and assembly instructions.
- Solder components onto PCBs, wires, or other parts with quality solder joints that meet specifications.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Strong eye/hand coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and adherence to quality specifications.
- Experience with surface-mount PCBs is a plus.
