Central Security Service Bureau LLC is looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Agent to join our team in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X (Twitter)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Support brand awareness initiatives and local marketing efforts in the White Plains area
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
