• The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, OR, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 10-bed surgical department.
• The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager will lead approximately 60+ FTEs and oversee a wide range of patient care including Ortho, GYN, Endo, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, and Breast.
• This leader will assess current needs throughout the department and strive to implement and maintain process improvement initiatives.
• Seeking an experienced, visible leader with a strong OR/Surgical background. Must have strong leadership skills while also being a compassionate leader.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• BSN is required.
• Active NYS RN license is required.
• CNOR certification is strongly preferred.
• OR experience is required;
  Surgery Center experience is strongly preferred.

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
