• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 09/02/2025 – End: 12/02/2025)

  34.5 hours/week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,200 - $2,360
• Charting System: EPIC (preferred for clinical support roles)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in New York State
• BSN required
• At least 1 year of recent CVICU or CTICU nursing experience
• EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Skilled in caring for fresh open heart cases (post-op day zero)

CVICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiovascular ICU patients, including post-operative open heart cases
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
