Pediatric Physical Therapist - $500 Bonus, EI/Preschool

Pediatric Physical Therapist (working with Birth-5 years of age). *$500 sign‑on bonus after 90 days of employment with active cases-10hr weekly minimum*

• Status: Fee for Service and/or Full‑Time
• Hours: 1‑5 days/week with flexible schedule
• Compensation: Fee for Service: $70‑$80/hr
  • Full‑Time salary $75,000‑$85,000 (option to take summer off)

Rates and arrangements are subject to change based on caseload and experience.

Sick and Safe Leave: Paid sick and safe leave consistent with state and local regulations.

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.
