- Compensation: Fee for Service: $70‑$80/hr
• Full‑Time salary $75,000‑$85,000 (option to take summer off)
Rates and arrangements are subject to change based on caseload and experience.

Sick and Safe Leave: Paid sick and safe leave consistent with state and local regulations.
Responsibilities- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with various professionals.

- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
- Bilingual is a plus.
