Over 75,000 cases have been performed in 30+ premium locations throughout the United States and Canada. We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
The ideal candidate is vibrant, passionate about patient care, dedicated to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patients. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, fast‑paced, demanding work environment. This is a full‑time position based in one of our clinics.
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate clinical competency as an RN, including administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care.
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and appropriately.
- Provide the highest level of patient care and patient service at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Increase physician’s overall patient retention by providing high‑quality patient care and experience.
- Complete other projects and duties as determined by Clinical Leadership Members.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Prioritize patient care and patient experience.
- Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office.
- Ability to identify and solve problems and think outside the box.
- Effectively multitask and be highly responsive to patients and team members.
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8–12 hours).
- Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.

$45–50 per hour. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
