Registered Nurse (RN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care / LTC – White Plains, NY – Full Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well‑established assisted living and memory care community in White Plains, NY. This role offers a comfortable and supportive work environment with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. The RN will oversee resident care, conduct routine assessments, manage care plans, and support LPNs and CNAs as needed. You will work closely with residents, families, and providers to ensure consistent, high‑quality care while building meaningful relationships.
Both per diem and full‑time opportunities are available.

Pay Rates

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
- Perform resident assessments and monitor ongoing health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Monitor infection control practices and regulatory compliance
- Educate residents, families, and staff on health conditions and care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training
Qualifications
- Active RN license (NY State)
- Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience (Assisted Living, LTC, SNF, or Memory Care preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with geriatric and dementia care strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic computer proficiency
