Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a branch of The Key, connects private duty nurses (RN and LPN) and therapists with VIP clients seeking in-home care. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with control over your schedule and client choices.
Pay starts at $70/hr and is paid weekly. Provide 1:1 in-home clinical care, including ADLs, vital monitoring, and wound care, for cases ranging from 8–12 hours or short visits, with per‑diem or long‑term arrangements.
