Clinical Assessment Manager (RN)

$60–$63/Hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

We are actively hiring for a Clinical Assessment Manager (RN) in:

• Bronx/Westchester, NY

This is an outstanding opportunity for RNs with PACE, MLTC, managed care, or home care experience seeking a stable, long-term position with excellent growth potential.

In this field-based role, you will conduct UAS-NY assessments, complete clinical reassessments, review diagnoses and medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support participant enrollment and quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active NYS RN License
• BSN preferred
• 3+ years of experience in PACE, MLTC, managed care, home care, or related settings
• UAS-NY experience required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel locally

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
