Staff Nurse - RN - Crisis Stabilization​/Affective Disorders Unit - Nights

As a Staff Nurse in the Crisis Stabilization/Affective Disorders Unit, you will provide safe, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care.

• Pay: $133,595 - $153,220/year
• Location: Bronxville, NY
• Facility: New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Westchester Behavioral Health
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift, three 12-hour shifts plus an additional 8 hours biweekly

• Provide safe, patient-centered care to individuals in crisis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs.
• Promote recovery and support patients and families.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Utilize clinical expertise and strong critical thinking skills.
• Engage in evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

Experience:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in inpatient psychiatric nursing preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current New York State RN license
• BCLS certification (from accredited AHA organization)
• Complete Nurse Residency Program if new Graduate
