Qualificationsinclude a BSN or MSN, NYS RN licensure, and certifications like PRI within 90 days; a care management certification (e.g., CCM or CMC) is preferred.
Required skills encompass 1-3 years of clinical experience-preferably in ED, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical and prior case management experience.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations, financials, and payer issues are essential.
