The Production Support team member plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations. This role works collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and is responsible for preparing and accurately logging ingredients, rotating between stations as needed, performing continuous quality checks, and upholding sanitation and safety standards.
Ability to excel in a fast‑growing/fast‑paced environment delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to perform visual quality inspections, and a commitment to minimizing waste. The role may also support packaging operations and take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.
