American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.;
Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.;
Own day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in tip-top shape.;
Maintain store safety standards on the Sales floor and in the Stockroom and assist with shrink-reducing strategies.;
Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team to reinforce brand standards.
