Position Summary
Play a pivotal role in our Westchester Retail Store as a Retail Store Keyleader. You will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service while motivating a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform operational duties, including opening and closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory management, and light housekeeping.
- Build brand loyalty and create memorable in‑store experiences.
- Adhere to company values, business style, People Leadership principles, and a Customer‑First approach.
- 3+ years in retail.
- 1+ year in a retail management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and sense of style.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
Salary Band: $19‑$21 per hour.
