Cosmetics Counter Manager

Summary

The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads the Estee Lauder counter at the Bloomingdale's White Plains location, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role manages and develops the counter team, enforces brand standards, and ensures attractive visual merchandising and inventory accuracy. The manager partners with store and brand leadership to meet sales targets and grow client relationships.

• Lead, coach, and schedule the counter team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Deliver personalized client experiences and build lasting client relationships through clientelling and follow up.
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and product presentation at the counter.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Hire, train, and evaluate counter staff and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Analyze sales metrics, execute promotions, and drive initiatives to grow business.
• Collaborate with store and brand leadership to align on objectives and events.

• 4+ years of retail management or cosmetics counter leadership experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a beauty retail environment.
• Strong customer service, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cosmetic products, makeup application, and skincare fundamentals.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and perform merchandising tasks.
