Job Title

Part‑Time Brand Ambassador – Westchester Mall, under the supervision of the General Manager.

Brand Ambassadors generate sales and build customer relationships in retail stores. They maintain visual and housekeeping standards, support management in receiving new merchandise, and handle point‑of‑sale operations. They represent Melissa & Doug to consumers.

• Provide the ultimate customer service experience.
• Assist management in merchandising the store with weekly product arrivals.
• Maintain the store according to visual standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to maximize sales.
• Develop client relationships beyond initial transaction using phone, email, and written follow‑up.
• Support all store functions to deliver superior shopping experiences.
• Operate the POS register and email systems efficiently.

• Ability to lift, carry or move objects up to 15 pounds and use ladders or stairs.
• At least 1 year of prior retail sales experience.
• Preferred experience working with children in a learning environment.
• Preferred experience with Shopify Plus platform.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

$17 – $20 per hour.
