Job Overview

We are hiring a Full‑time Sales Lead for the Fabletics Store at The Westchester in White Plains, NY. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience and supporting Sales & Operations while integrating online and in‑store technology.

• Embody company culture and values while providing customers with insights into product features, fit, and functionality.
• Actively engage customers through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Deliver training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates and help them meet or exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the store experience.
• Maintain merchandise layout that enhances navigation and adds value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Store Manager to improve business operations.
• Meet personal sales goals and ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
• Assist with receiving inventory, including unpacking boxes (10–30 lbs).

• Minimum one year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and related products.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• 18 years of age or older.
