• Greet and assist customers to deliver personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle customer inquiries or returns.

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
