Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering memorable client experiences through exceptional service and hospitality. They support sales and operations on the sales floor, assist with POS and gifting tasks, and help maintain store presentation and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Clients to create a welcoming, personalized experience aligned with brand standards.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions.
• Assist with engraving station, manage floor waiting list, and maintain hospitality areas.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
