What You’ll Do- Drive new business by targeting small to mid-sized companies in your territory
- Leverage a consultative approach to uncover client needs and deliver tailored HR solutions
- Build long-term relationships and earn residuals as clients stay with the company
- 2+ years of proven sales hunting experience
- Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of exceeding goals
- Self-motivated, money-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive
- $82K base salary, Uncapped commissions, $120K+ OTE in year one at plan
- Ongoing residuals for retained clients
