Gallagher, we’re looking for a talented Personal Lines Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us deliver tailored insurance solutions to our clients. If you’re passionate about building relationships, analyzing risks, and negotiating with top insurance carriers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
How you'll make an impact- Market customer business of moderate to high complexity to a variety of insurance carriers.
- Evaluate companies to ensure they meet marketplace qualifications.
- Collaborate with account teams to process requests for quotations.
- Analyze client exposures and recommend risk transfer/financing solutions.
- Identify the best carriers, negotiate favorable quotes, and prepare recommendations.
- Work independently with limited supervision while referring complex questions to senior specialists or management.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working with diverse clients.
- A professional with experience in insurance brokerage or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience. Insurance licensing required.
Preferred:
Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
