Impact You Make – The inside sales role is empowered to team with outside sales to grow our customer base, so we keep more communities safe through delivering the supplies our customers need to provide access to clean water and HVAC.

• Deliver a consultative sales approach to deliver need solutions
• Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales

Most importantly, you will deliver high quality customer service and professionalism!

• Knowledge and skills common with 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role for a wholesale distribution business
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of assigned business line:
  Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Kitchen & Bath
• Experience and skills to advance your career into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities

• Attend scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location
• Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion; sit and stand for extended periods
• Operate office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.)
• Oral and written communication skills, including speaking, speech clarity, reading and written comprehension, and written expression
• Mental capacities such as analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem sensitivity, and time management

The range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are reviewed in making compensation decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $20.75 - $31.10 per hour.

In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus.
