Our Agency distribution system is the lifeblood and key differentiator of New York Life, where dedicated individuals like you provide vital support to our field force and connect with clients, helping build lifelong relationships.
The Agency Digital Desk is the main resource and support for Agents and Advisors to support their business as the company evolves its Digital Ecosystem. With this comes additional cross-departmental alignment, strategic involvement, field support and leadership capabilities for the team. The team supports Sales Central, Marketing Central, and our Guide Me platform, among other technology platforms.
What You’ll Do- Fielding inbound calls from high-level producers and staff regarding how-to questions.
- Help devise strategies for top tier agents on how to use the digital tools being offered to more effectively run their business.
- Make proactive outbound calls to agents in an effort to increase their productivity and adoption of digital platforms.
- Conduct training sessions with top tier agents and their staff via webinars as well as in-person training sessions at New York Life events.
- Cross-departmental collaboration with platforms:
Marketing Central, Sales Central, and Guide Me. - Provides ad hoc reporting and data analytics for Senior Leadership, and internal teams such as recruiting, sales desks, and prospecting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience interacting with the field is beneficial as it will help support an understanding of advisor needs and best practices.
- Prior experience delivering virtual training (e.g., webinars or remote sessions) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as various internet search techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Zoom and Salesforce or other CRM.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must have strong relationship building skills & sense of time management.
- Must be a detail-oriented and well-organized self-starter with high energy and creativity.
- Proven ability to pay attention to detail and multitask.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000
