• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Reformation is a culture that values sustainability, customer passion, and team excellence. The Associate will execute all efforts required to achieve individual sales goals and support the Store Manager in maintaining an outstanding in‑store experience.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in client generation through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in‑store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver and foster a culture of an excellent client experience through a customer‑first mindset, building long‑term loyal client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador – embody brand values, engage customers on the brand, and share Reformation’s sustainability stories.
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluations (NPS).
• Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention across all business areas.
• Uphold time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times.
• Share deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Communicate product feedback based on customer insights so we can continuously improve product and merchandising.
• Help ensure the store environment is inspiring and products are easily accessible.
• Understand and reflect the core values and culture of Reformation in all efforts.
• Maintain and uphold a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization, or in an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• A driven approach to taking on new challenges with self‑motivation for work and career growth.

The anticipated hourly range is $16 – $25 per hour, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
