• Greet and assist customers, offering styling advice and product information.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and support visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions, returns, and layaways accurately.

• Support daily floor operations, including stock replenishment and maintaining product presentation.

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's apparel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in fashion with the ability to learn and convey product knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and to stand for extended periods.
