As a Provider Relationship Manager
, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.

You’ll spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities

Do you have at least 1-3 years of inside or outside sales experience (healthcare or provider-facing sales preferred)? Please note where you had this experience.

Are you proficient in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and comfortable using analytics tools such as PowerBI or Salesforce Maps to track performance and identify trends? Which systems?

This role requires you work in a hybrid mostly in the field 4-5 days/week. Are you able to work in this capacity?
