Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or access control requirements at a financial services location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, common areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or building systems as assigned, and document unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance issues for follow-up.;
Complete detailed reports and shift logs, including incident reports, patrol activity, and visitor and/or vendor interactions, in accordance with site requirements.
