Unarmed Security Guard

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor premises, prevent theft, and ensure the overall security of the facility.

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security
• Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or any other security breaches
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
• Investigate and report any incidents or suspicious activities
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly by following established protocols
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety

• Strong knowledge of security procedures, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention methods
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions
• Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations professionally
