Join Our Team as a Full-Time Security Field Inspector across Westchester, Orange, Dutchess & Sullivan County, NY!

Are you an experienced security professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? We are searching for a dedicated Full‑Time Security Field Inspector to oversee security operations, conduct site inspections, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service across multiple client sites. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment while leading a team of security officers.

• Lead & Supervise:
  Take charge of security operations across various sites, ensuring that security officers are performing to the highest standards. Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver excellent service.
• Conduct Inspections:
  Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols and post orders. Address any concerns and make sure our clients are always satisfied with our services.
• Client & Team Interaction:
  Work closely with branch management, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates, troubleshoot problems, and assist in security planning and assessments.
• Training & Development:
  Help develop a skilled and motivated team by providing training, development, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, professional environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect.
• On-the-Spot Leadership:
  Respond to incidents, provide service coverage, and ensure all shifts are filled as needed. You’ll be the first line of defense when problems arise.

• Experience:
  
  At least 4 years of solid security experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Licenses: A valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License—essential for this role.
• Transportation: A reliable car is a must, as you’ll be moving between sites.
• Availability:
  Open to working flexible hours, including morning, evening, and overnights.
• Skills & Qualities:
  Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Thrive in fast‑paced environments and handle challenges with professionalism and composure.
• Travel:
  Willing to travel across Westchester, Orange, Dutchess & Sullivan County, NY.

• Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Thursday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• A reliable car and a method of communication.
