We are an electrical company operating in NYC and Texas that specializes in low voltage BMS installations. We do NOT do normal electrical work like power and lighting.
We’re looking for individuals who are- Responsible, self‑motivated and independent
- Willing to learn & grow with the company
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail‑oriented
- Willing to travel to various locations within the city and surrounding areas
Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Knowledge of BMS control system installation
- Knowledge of additional low‑voltage systems (e.g., fire alarm, access control, AV, Telecom/Data)
- Daily/weekly check‑ins to monitor project status with foreman
- Daily manpower coordination between field foreman
The Role
- 3+ years of electrical work
- Hardworking/Motivated
- Great attitude / Team player
- Responsible
- Detail‑oriented
- Good communication skills
- 40 SST or above
- Experienced
Duties & Responsibilities (continued)
- Installation of 3/4" & 1" conduit; ability to bend conduit with hand bender
- Roughing in low‑voltage cabling
- Terminating low‑voltage cabling in control panels
- Climbing stairs, ladders, bending
- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling equipment and materials
- Exposure to sun, heat, cold and rain
