Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

As a Power Washing Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.

• Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
• Site Safety & Risk Mitigation:
  Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
• Client Interaction:
  Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.

• Experience:
  
  6+ months in a hands‑on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependability:
  Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
• Customer Service Acumen:
  Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or hoses, stand for extended periods, comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs with confidence.
