Surface Experts Technician

Requirements:

• Experience working with your hands
  - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors
  - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Duties:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

If you have experience with painting, sculpting, woodworking, drawing, or other visual arts, this job is for you! Color-matching skills are essential, as every repair requires a unique artistic touch. We will also train the right candidate!

We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
