Residential HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician Location: White Plains, NY Job Type: Full Time

As a Residential HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician, you’ll run residential service/maintenance calls, diagnose, repair, educate the homeowner, and keep systems running safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat, AC, controls)
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Provide clear options and recommendations to homeowners
• Document work and updates in Service Titan (preferred; training provided)
• Maintain clean, safe work practices and a professional customer experience

• 3 or more years of residential HVAC service/maintenance experience(or a mix of residential + light commercial with strong residential troubleshooting skills)
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company policy/insurer requirements).
• Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law.
• Strong communication and “white glove” mindset in occupied homes
• Comfort with tablets/software (preferred)
• Pay: $35 to $50 per hour (5 or more years + advanced certs/diagnostic strength). Final offer based on experience and certifications.
