We’re family-owned, locally operated, and built on Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Compassion, and Trust. We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll lead residential replacement installs (furnaces/AC/ductless), run a clean and efficient jobsite, and mentor installers, while delivering true white-glove service in customers’ homes.

• Lead residential HVAC changeouts: gas furnaces, condensers, coils, ductless systems
• Manage job flow, materials, quality checks, and crew coordination
• Keep jobs clean/protected (booties, drop cloths, respect for the home)
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and the internal team for a smooth closeout
• Ensure code compliance, safety, and top-tier workmanship

• 3 to 5 or more years leading residential HVAC installs (or strong install leadership equivalent)
• Solid troubleshooting and installation best practices (airflow, charge, startup, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company policy/insurer requirements).
• Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law.

• Full-time – W2 Employee
• Pay: $35 to $50 per hour (6 or more years plus advanced certs/leadership). Final offer based on experience, certifications, and interview.
• Eligible for performance bonuses/spiffs (details shared during interview)
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
