Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Security Technician to join our team in White Plains, NY. As a Senior Security Technician, you will take ownership of integrated security system installations and maintenance. This role requires deep technical skills, leadership in the field, and strong customer orientation.

• Lead installations and commissioning of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms.
• Provide advanced programming and configuration of systems; perform system testing, calibration, and fine‑tuning.
• Diagnose difficult issues, handle escalations from junior techs.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices.
• Interact with clients on site; explain operation, train end‑users.
• Ensure safety, company, and regulatory compliance on all jobs.
• Occasionally interact with our engineering department to help refine system’s design.

• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting integrated commercial security systems.
• Solid experience with access control and video surveillance systems.
• Solid understanding of basic electronics and the use of voltmeter
• Proficient with low‑voltage wiring, power supplies, system networking (where applicable).
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• Clean background check.

• Certifications from manufacturers (e.g. Bosch, Honeywell, Axis, etc.).
• Experience with integrated systems (fire, life safety, etc.).
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

• Field work: job sites, may involve lifts, ladders, climbing, carrying components.
• Some travel and overnight stay.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work, depending on project need.

Hourly Wage: $38-$55 per hour, dependent on experience
