• Guardian of Trust & Accuracy – Execute high‑volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing with 100% accuracy. Maintain a compliance‑first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
• Digital Concierge – Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, helping them gain convenience and security.
• First‑Line Consultant – Actively listen to uncover personal or business goals and match them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Hospitality Lead – Greet customers and ensure no one feels like just a "number," balancing efficiency with community warmth.

Regular and consistent attendance required.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

• Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
