What You’ll Actually Do- Guardian of Trust & Accuracy – Execute high‑volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing with 100% accuracy. Maintain a compliance‑first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
- Digital Concierge – Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, helping them gain convenience and security.
- First‑Line Consultant – Actively listen to uncover personal or business goals and match them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
- Hospitality Lead – Greet customers and ensure no one feels like just a "number," balancing efficiency with community warmth.
- Hospitality Heart – Natural gift for making people feel welcome and heard.
- Tech Fluency – Early adopter of apps and digital tools and love teaching others.
- Precision and Detail – Satisfaction in getting numbers right every time and following clear procedures.

Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time.
Regular and consistent attendance required.
Basic Qualifications- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
- Associate’s degree.
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience.
- Proficient in G‑Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
