About the Role

As Captain on a Bombardier Challenger 300/350, you will lead every phase of flight with a safety-first mindset, crisp decision-making, and exceptional airmanship. You’ll manage preflight planning, crew coordination, and customer-focused operations while maintaining full regulatory and procedural compliance—especially for international missions.

• Total time: 3000 hours
• PIC time: 1500 hours
• Multi-engine: 1500 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• Instrument time: 250 hours
• Type rating:
  Required (CL-30)
• License required: CPL, IR, ME
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical:
  Class 1 (FAA First-Class)

• Available to work on an on-call basis with flexibility for short-notice trips.
• Able to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually and maintain all recurrent qualifications.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KAPC (Napa, CA) or willingness to relocate.

• Exercise full command authority, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, fuel, route, and weather strategies.
• Lead effective CRM, mentorship, and clear communication with crew, dispatch, and stakeholders.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience while safeguarding operational efficiency and confidentiality.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, aircraft readiness, and professional currency.
