Operations Associate (Part-Time

Location: Westchester County Airport (HPN), White Plains, NY

Wings Air Helicopters is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our growing team at Westchester County Airport. Since 2002, we have provided premium helicopter services throughout the Northeast, including private charters, curated experiences, sightseeing tours, flight training, aerial cinematography, and specialty aviation services.

The Operations Associate serves as the first point of contact for our passengers, ensuring every flight begins with a seamless and welcoming experience. This role includes greeting and checking in guests, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and supporting daily flight operations. Candidates must be comfortable working around moving aircraft, enforce and follow strict safety procedures, and remain calm, organized, and attentive in an active airfield environment.

• Welcome, check in, and escort passengers to and from helicopters while ensuring a safe and exceptional customer experience.
• Verify passenger documentation, collect payments, provide safety briefings, and assist with special requests and additional services.
• Assist with special events and celebration flights offered by the company.
• Clean and prepare helicopter cabins, maintain an organized hangar and passenger area, and support overall facility appearance.
• Perform light administrative duties and assist flight crews and operations staff with daily operational needs.

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Primarily Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Additional availability may be required based on flight activity

• Must have valid U.S. work authorization, a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and fluency in English.
• Must be available to work Friday evenings and Saturdays and reside within approximately 30 minutes of Westchester County Airport (HPN).
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, safely work around operating, noisy aircraft, and lift light equipment.
• Must successfully pass a DOT pre-employment drug test (safety-sensitive position) and a background check for the airport badge process.

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Aviation experience or strong interest in aviation
• Competitive hourly compensation ($23-$25 per hour)
