King Air Pilot; BE-– Corporate Aviation | White Plains, NY

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate the company aircraft in full compliance with approved procedures and current FAA regulations.
• Serve as Pilot Flying and, when assigned, Pilot-in-Command: maintain positive control in all phases of flight; make safety-critical decisions using effective Crew/Cockpit Resource Management.
• Lead and/or assist with flight planning: evaluate weather, performance, fuel requirements, alternates, aircraft limitations, system malfunctions, and adjust operations as needed.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and oversee routine servicing; coordinate with FBOs for fueling, de-icing, and hangar services during stopovers and stays.
• Verify current navigational databases, charts, and required aircraft/Faa publications.
• Maintain aircraft and pilot flight records in PFM software; process and edit trip requests to ensure accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with the Chief Pilot, Aviation Manager, and Travel Desk to manage schedules and evolving passenger needs.
• Support administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and adherence to Company Aircraft Policy & Procedures.
• Provide clear, concise normal and emergency briefings to passengers and crew; represent the department with professionalism.

• Licenses & Medical: FAA Commercial Pilot license with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings; ability to obtain ATP within 1 year of hire; current FAA Second-Class Medical (First-Class acceptable).
• Flight Time: Minimum 1,500 hours total time.
• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Type Rating: Ability to obtain King Air BE-300 type rating within 1 year of hire (timeline may be extended due to training vendor availability with advance notice and Aviation Manager approval).

• 1,000 hours multi-engine as PIC; 2,000 hours total time.
• 500 hours turboprop; 50 hours in type (BE-300).
• Current ATP and King Air BE-300 type rating.
• Recent King Air 350/360 simulator-based training.
• Two years of college or equivalent technical experience.

• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations applicable to corporate flight operations and adherence to Flight Department policies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; clear, concise passenger and crew instructions.
• Sound judgment under changing conditions; strong problem-solving focused on mission success and safety.
• Proficient Crew Resource Management and team coordination with fellow crew members and leadership.
• Ability to conduct accurate recordkeeping, scheduling, and administrative tasks using PFM and department systems.
• Comfort operating complex equipment in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment; unwavering commitment to safety and asset protection.

• Operations may occur outside normal business hours; expect some 12–14 hour duty days, nights, weekends, and short-notice changes.
• Operate in varied weather conditions including thunderstorms, high winds, icing, snow, and low temperatures.
• Work in high-noise, busy airport environments with extended outdoor periods when required.
