The Application Engineering Associate Manager role is responsible for leading the 1

LMX MES Acceleration Team in the development of application solutions for capability enablement within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystems. This development is the cornerstone for successfully enabling LM Aero Operation's business transformation for all Lines of Businesses and programs.

• Lead a technical team of Application Engineers developing MES solutions for 1
  
  LMX Aero business transformation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leadership to align on scope and strategy execution for operations capability development.
• Lead a team that includes members based across Aero’s main sites.
• Perform personnel management tasks including staffing, training, work assignments, and performance reviews.
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, recruit, and mentor team members.

• Project management experience
• Experience with technical requirements generation and specification development
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and a broad range of operations applications and workflows
• Experience in manufacturing systems, business processes, and methods
• Must be a U.S. citizen and the position requires special access

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline
• Aerospace and Defense experience
• Experience in manufacturing systems, requirements, and methods
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM, Team Center or 3DX) experience
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (iBASEt, Apriso) experience
• Knowledge/experience of 1
  
  LMX program initiatives/efforts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a semi‑virtual team
• Working knowledge of Agile processes
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership competencies
