Job Description
As the Engineering Aide you will provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks, ensuring data integrity and producing clear engineering documentation.
Responsibilities- Gather, maintain, format, and compile technical data, including test results and design changes.
- Produce engineering documentation such as reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.
- Conduct tests, record data, and assist with engineering evaluations as needed.
- Set up and tear down mobile ruggedized computer equipment.
- Manage lab inventory and shipping logistics.

Annual base salary range varies by location: $44,400 – $78,200 for certain states or $51,000 – $84,985 for major metropolitan areas. The salary reflects the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Location & SecurityPosition is located in Fort Worth, TX. Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Interim Secret clearance at the time of hire.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating small projects under strict deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) experience.

- Self‑starter requiring minimal supervision and capable of clear communication through multiple levels of leadership.
- Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas.
- Experience interfacing with defense/military customers.
