Job Description

As the Engineering Aide you will provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks, ensuring data integrity and producing clear engineering documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, maintain, format, and compile technical data, including test results and design changes.
  • Produce engineering documentation such as reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.
  • Conduct tests, record data, and assist with engineering evaluations as needed.
  • Set up and tear down mobile ruggedized computer equipment.
  • Manage lab inventory and shipping logistics.

Location & Security

Position is located in Fort Worth, TX. Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Interim Secret clearance at the time of hire.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) experience.

  • Self‑starter requiring minimal supervision and capable of clear communication through multiple levels of leadership.
  • Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas.
  • Experience interfacing with defense/military customers.
Work Schedule

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules providing additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day week, with some roles offering condensed schedules that allow employees additional time away from the office, in addition to paid time off benefits.
