Staff, Financial Mgmt Portfolio Lead

What You Will Be Doing

Lead Business Analyst role for a portion of the F22 Modernization Finance Portfolio. Responsible for finance and business operations: proposal development and negotiations, program execution, profitability analysis, OSEC commitments, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee a team of business analysts supporting the portfolio
  • Ensure portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate financial forecasts
  • Ensure proposals have sound financial positions and alignment to LRP Commitments
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, FP&A teams, and other stakeholders for alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the portfolio’s financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college
  • Experience with SAP, Deltek or similar business systems
  • 3+ years experience in a business operations role
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including FPIF, CPIF, FFP
  • Experience with U.S. Government reporting requirements (CPR, IPMR, CFSR)
  • Knowledge of Earned Value applications and FAR/DFAR
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with program management, control, and execution
  • Experience with change management and process improvement
  • Strong communication, project management, leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Work Schedule

Part‑time remote telework: employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a Lockheed Martin facility. Specific schedule will be discussed during hiring. Lockheed Martin supports flexible work schedules including a standard 40‑hour week or condensed schedules.

Pay

Annual base salary range varies by state/location (e.g., $90,200–$159,045 for several states; higher ranges for major metros). The salary is a guideline; additional factors are considered. The position is incentive plan eligible.
