Breadsmith is proud to make the best handcrafted baked goods, while providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. To do that, we need great individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities- Read and understand the daily production materials.
- Know when product from proof racks is ready for baking.
- Score breads for the purpose of proper baking and decoration.
- Bake breads, rolls, etc. to proper color and doneness.
- Assist with the production of breads, rolls, etc. when not baking.
- Thoroughly and completely clean up baking area and wash dishes.
- Keep oven area clean and sanitary at all times.
- Assist with arranging completed product on shelves for sale.
- Report to work on time (as scheduled) and in proper uniform.
- Work safely, efficiently and courteously at all times.
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management which the individual is capable of performing.
