Medical Director Physician

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Medical Director (MD/DO) to join a dynamic healthcare organization in Whitefish, Montana. This is a unique opportunity to lead clinical operations while remaining actively engaged in patient care in a highly desirable mountain community.

Competitive base salary: $250,000 $ 300,000

Provide direct patient care as part of your clinical responsibilities
️ Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation
Lead, mentor and support clinical staff including NPs and PAs
Participate in care coordination and performance optimization
Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records

️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
️ Active or eligible Montana medical license
️ Leadership or prior Medical Director experience preferred
️ Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
