The Campus Pastor serves as the primary spiritual leader and operational overseer of the Midtown campus of Lifegate Church. This role is responsible for providing leadership and pastoral care to the campus congregation through weekend service leadership, oversight of all ministry areas and volunteers and direct leadership of campus staff. The Campus Pastor also ensures effective collaboration and communication with central church leadership, support teams and staff to maintain alignment, minimize disruptions and support the smooth execution of ministry operations.
